Race Matters

Welcome! I created this blog so I would have a place to rant about issues regarding race that disturb me. I'll sometimes just write about stuff--not necessarily negative--that's on my mind. Feel free to chime in. Thanks!

About Me

Naimasturn
I love music. I play my guitar and piano regularly--not always well, but I play. It's therapeutic. I like to read non-fiction, and I appreciate a good documentary film. That sounds boring, but I'm not really not. I love to have fun, and I have an irreverent sense of humor. A few of my favorite stage plays are Awake and Sing! (Clifford Odets), Ruined (Lynn Nottage), Fences (August Wilson), Caroline, Or Change (Tony Kushner), and Our Town (Thornton Wilder). A few of my favorite musicals are The Lion King, Grey Gardens, In The Heights, and Fela!
